Questions people ask
What is a credit?
A credit measures how much AI work a request takes. A short answer on an everyday model uses about one credit. Longer answers, stronger models, images and voice use more. Your account always shows what each request cost.
What happens when my credits run out?
Requests pause until your credits refresh at the start of the next month, or until you move to a larger plan. Your chats and files stay where they are.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Credits refresh each month and unused ones do not carry over. They cannot be exchanged for money.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: ask within 7 days of a payment and, if less than 20% of the credits were used, you get it back in full. The Refund Policy has the details.
Why is a longer plan cheaper?
Paying for several months at once costs us less to process and lets us plan ahead, so we pass that on as a lower monthly price.
